Payment Policy


1.     The payments options available on are;

  •            Net Banking,
  •            Credit Card and
  •             Debit Card.

For domestic PG, we also have an EMI option for credit card holders of certain banks.

2.     On checkout, the customer is taken to a secure page for payment.

3.     It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that the information passed onto the payment gateway is accurate.

4.     The customer is accordingly intimated on the site when the payment is made successfully or when the payment has failed.

5.     If the customer account is debited after a payment failure on the site, it will be rolled back within a maximum of 4 business days.

6.     If you are using an international payment option, an additional amount would be charged for currency conversion as well as payment processing. For domestic payments, no such amounts would be charged.
